Raffle Rules
Ticket sales will stop at 7:45 pm on May 22, 2025. Winners of this raffle will be drawn on May 22, 2025, at 8:00 pm at The Jefferson County Fairgrounds - 15200 W 6th Ave, Golden, CO 80401.
The winner does not need to be present to win. Winners will be contacted via email or phone if they are not in attendance to claim their prize. Prizes in the form of certificates can be claimed in person at the event, via email, or through snail mail. Prizes with physical items can be claimed at the in-person event, or a time can be arranged to pick up said items at our Lakewood office. A winning ticket or a valid ID must be presented to claim your prize.
If not in attendance, winners will be contacted by email or phone. If those attempts are not answered, within 30 days of the drawing, winners who have not claimed their prizes will be contacted by U.S. Postal service certified mail, return receipt requested. If a winner fails to claim a prize within 30 days of receiving this mailing, they forfeit their prize.
