Dear Arc Community,

In effort to protect the health and well-being of the individuals we serve, staff, community members, Board members, and volunteers, The Arc - Jefferson, Clear Creek & Gilpin Counties will begin operating on a virtual basis starting Monday, Mar. 16. Our physical office will be closed through the end of March and we will re-evaluate at that time. This decision was not made lightly, and was born of an abundance of caution and a desire to prevent the vulnerable individuals we serve, as well as all others we work with, from possible exposure.

Please know that we are not suspending or shutting down operations. Our Advocates and office-based staff will be available by phone, text, email, traditional conference call or video conference call.

If you had an in-person meeting planned at our office, you will be contacted shortly on how to connect remotely.

All in-person events and trainings through the end of March have been postponed and more will be communicated about rescheduling when we have more information. Please stay tuned to our social media and eAlerts for updates.
