You need to know if someone (a parent, grandparent, etc.) is going to leave you money in a will such as stocks, bonds, property, railroad benefits, or Public Employees Retirement Association/PERA . Be sure your Special Needs Trust is set up in advance if you wish to keep your Medicaid benefit.
